this week we have talked about having a family outing to Tidbinbilla tomorrow. we do a lot together at home. we go to story time and to play group. but we don't often go somewhere just to be together. today's rainy weather may no allow the trip to see kangaroos and emus that Nicholas is excited for, but tomorrow we will have pink milk, and i will hold my babies tight and tell them i love them. in memory of a little girl i never knew.

the ones you love
i am sitting in the quiet, waiting for my family to come home after another long day. while waiting, i am uploading four years worth of photographs. then i will have them ALL printed. so i can sort them into albums, and also choose the ones to go into the "special" scrapbooking albums. while i wait for them to upload, i am browsing through blogs (of course) and am reading through entries on this one. i remember weeping when i first came across it. i felt the physical pain and heaviness of mourning and missing in my own heart.
