a day with children

These pictures belie the morning we had just had.  A visit to the library where I envisaged a little time of stories together, in a corner.  Selecting a few library books to start the holidays with... but within minutes of being there one child teased another, who reacted with anger and then it was all let loose from there on - running up isles of books chasing each other, yelling, crying... these children??  No, never! 

We promptly left and then walking home they were the best of friends again.  Go figure!
